Each transport and logisitic services operation executed and accepted by the client’s site, will be invoiced by the SVC provider separately by ‘SHIPMENT FILE’ transaction on-spot.
For other services operation, billing will be issued by ‘ACITIVITY FILE’ based on contractual payment terms and conditions.
We are professionals in preparing transport amd logistics services (local, national and international) blanket contracts applying the “BAF” & “CAF” surcharges, Benefiting from the famous black-scholes model.
A 2.5% fee of the final services billing amount between the first and second party (with the exception of any official receipt, eg: fines, taxes, customs duties, and VAT) is payable to the third party GLM for each ‘TRANSACTION FILE’ with a minimum of SAR 250 or (EUR/USD) 100 per operation.
(DDP foreign purchase orders can be included).
