Each operation executed and accepted by the client’s site, will be invoiced by the SVC provider separately by ‘TRANSACTION FILE’ on-spot. For other services operation, billing will be issued based on contractual payment terms and conditions.
Ensuring fulfillment guarantees for our clients / customers through the use of blanket contracts with SVC providers that include clear terms and conditions outlining the SVC provider’s obligations regarding processing and delivery times, with penalties in place for any delays.
GLM charges a 2.5% mediation fee per Transaction File (min. 100 – max. 250 USD/EUR/SAR).
Above 8 files/day: from the 9th file, a 1% fee (min. 40 USD/EUR/SAR).
Above 24 files/day: from the 25th file, a 0.25% fee with no minimum.
The fee applies only to the service invoice between the provider and the client, excluding any government or third-party charges, and is billed solely to the client to keep provider pricing competitive.
Invoices issued in other currencies are converted to USD at the prevailing international exchange rate.
Fees for giga projects can be negotiated periodically based on the client’s transaction volume.
It could even be as low as 0,25%
