Each operation executed and accepted by the client’s site, will be invoiced by the SVC provider separately by ‘TRANSACTION FILE’ on-spot.
For other services operation, billing will be issued based on contractual payment terms and conditions.
We are professionals in preparing transport amd logistics services (local, national and international) blanket contracts applying the “BAF” & “CAF” surcharges. Benefiting from the famous black-scholes model.
Each operation executed and accepted by the client’s site, will be invoiced by the SVC provider separately by ‘TRANSACTION FILE’ on-spot. For other services operation, billing will be issued based on contractual payment terms and conditions.
Ensuring fulfillment guarantees for our clients / customers through the use of blanket contracts with SVC providers that include clear terms and conditions outlining the SVC provider’s obligations regarding processing and delivery times, with penalties in place for any delays.
A 2.5% fee of the final billing amount between the parties each other (with the exception of any official governemental receipt, eg: fines, taxes, customs duties, and VAT…) is payable to GLM for each ‘TRANSACTION FILE’ with a minimum of SAR 250 – (EUR/USD) 100 and a maximum of SAR 2500 – (EUR/USD) 1000 per operation.
(DDP foreign purchase orders can be included accordingly, applying the minimum fee).
A 2.5% fee of the final billing amount paid between the parties (excluding official governemental charges) is payable to GLM for each ‘TRANSACTION file’ with a minimum of SAR 250 / USD 125 per transaction. (DDP foreign purchase order shipments can be included accordingly, applying the minimum fee).
Fees for giga projects can be negotiated periodically based on the client’s transaction volume.
It could even be as low as 0,25%
